500.390 VETERANS’ IN-SERVICE SHARED LEAVE POOL POLICY

1500.390 VETERANS’ IN-SERVICE SHARED LEAVE POOL PROCEDURE

A. SHARED LEAVE PROGRAM

C. 资格

E. 捐赠离开

F. ABUSE OF THE POOL

学院和/或退伍军人事务部将调查任何指控 滥用VISSLP和发现不当行为,员工可能会被要求 repay all of the shared leave received from the pool. The only time an employee will have to repay leave credits is when there is a finding of wrongdoing.

G. HUMAN RESOURCES/PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of the human resource and payroll offices to:

  1. 当员工提交共享休假- VISSLP捐赠表时,审查该员工 section of the form for accuracy and complete the rest of the form.
  2. 批准或拒绝从VISSLP请假的捐赠请求,确保遵守 适用的RCWs, WACs,大学政策和程序,以及集体谈判 协议.
